Rates

We offer 2 three bedroom/two bath homes. To better accommodate our guest's budget, we rent either one bedroom, two bedrooms, or three bedrooms (the entire home). The Hema Hale (left house) greets the morning sun. The Akau Hale (right house) feels the afternoon sun.

Options:

• One bedroom, full bath, with full kitchen/dining & living space and deck is priced at $85.00 per night or $525.00 per week (2) people.

• Two bedrooms, full bath, with full kitchen/dining & living space and deck is priced at $105.00 per night or $575.00 per week (4) people.

• Two bedrooms, two full baths, with full kitchen/dining & living space and deck is priced at $125.00 per night or $625.00 per week (4) people.

• Entire three bedroom home, two full baths, with full kitchen/dining & living space and deck is priced at $140.00 per night or $700.00 per week (6) people.

Extra person $10.00 each per night.

2 night minimum.

Laundry facilities available at each home.

Monthly rates available also upon request.

We treat all guests equally with the best rate possible for everyone. Rates do not increase during peak season.

We do not take overnight bookings in advance; however, if we have something available on the day of interest, we will accommodate you.
All rates are subject to 13.416% Hawaii GE and TAT tax.
